Pay Rate : $40-$44/hr

Must have Skill Set: Full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, sourcing/headhunting, stakeholder management, executive-level communication, recruiting for corporate functions, organization and multitasking skills.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support hiring efforts for corporate functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, security, strategy, and related business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing and relationship-building skills who can deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives.

Job Duties:

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate function roles from sourcing through offer stage
• Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified internal and external candidates for a variety of corporate positions
• Provide labor market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and market feedback
• Deliver a high-touch, "white glove" candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Promote company culture and employer brand to prospective candidates
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and internal recruitment policies and procedures
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and urgency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience required
• Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience required
• Experience recruiting for corporate roles ranging from entry-level through Senior Director level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
