Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS Hiring Manager Partnership & Team Collaboration Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers—providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators to ensure they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early What You'll Need to Succeed Experience Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in‑house, or agency setting Bilingual in English and French languages Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Technical & Functional Skills Proficiency with ATS platforms—SuccessFactors preferred—and sourcing tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load Team‑first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high‑performing delivery team What You'll Get in Return Base Salary: $60,000–$85,000 depending on experience Hybrid schedule—location and cadence details as required PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days—top performers earn unlimited PTO Competitively priced medical, vision, and dental plans 401(k) with guaranteed match and fast‑paced vesting schedule Continuous training and support through Hays Learning & Development Equal Opportunity Employer.
