Job Overview A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation Associate in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in executive compensation matters, working on diverse issues including mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings, and reporting obligations. Duties Advise on executive compensation matters related to mergers and acquisitions. Handle public company offerings and reporting obligations. Provide general advising and counseling on compensation issues. Requirements Four to six years of experience in executive compensation. Familiarity with Sections 409A, 280G, 83, and 421-424 of the U.S. tax code. Knowledge of securities laws governing employee incentives. Admission in the jurisdiction of application. Education Superior academic credentials required. Certifications Relevant certifications in tax and securities law preferred. Skills Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
