Job Overview
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
- Greet tables promptly and explain menu, specials, and dining concept
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Clearly communicate restaurant policies (pricing, time limits, gratuity, etc.)
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, server stations, and dining areas
- Complete all assigned side work and opening/closing duties
- Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times
- Have a fun energy to participate in events
