Virtual Regional Reimbursement Manager

The role leads and manages virtual reimbursement managers, drives achievement of client goals, meets regional metrics and service level requirements, and maintains compliance and fiscal responsibility. Essential Job Functions Hire, motivate and coach a virtual reimbursement team to meet goals and objectives by influencing compliant behavior. Lead the team to ensure goals are met to support product access within targeted accounts. Work with Virtual Reimbursement Managers to evaluate coaching, direct local business plans and presentations. Attract, coach and retain individuals who deliver high level performance. Develop plans that effectively translate regional and national strategy. Collaborate with leadership to define and establish appropriate behaviors and actions that drive high levels of client satisfaction. Requirements BS/BA Degree required. 5+ years of experience in reimbursement. 3+ years of management experience. Experience working with a patient call center. Proven experience with payer access and coverage issues; in-depth knowledge of prior authorization processes and patient access support services across specialty and primary care. Understanding of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans especially within the assigned geographic area. Compensation The annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $165,000. Actual salary will vary based on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Eligibility to earn commissions or bonus may be available based on company and/or individual performance.
