Business Litigation Attorney

Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation- San Diego, CAA well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, covering areas such as personal injury, education, and employment law. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing skills and have substantial experience in law and motion practice, as well as in handling witness, party, and expert depositions. Some trial experience is preferred.While most of the work will be performed in the office or in court, certain discovery projects may allow for remote work.
