Schedule

Shifts are 4x10s starting anytime between 5am and 8am, with weekend shifts required.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. This role involves evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, and pursuing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and modify treatment programs to suit individual patient needs.
• Implement age-appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition for patients.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience performing independently is required.
