NOW HIRING – Join Our Maintenance Team! We’re looking for a skilled Tradesman with strong plumbing experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle a variety of maintenance tasks, and is especially confident with plumbing repairs and troubleshooting. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License Preferred: 2+ years of maintenance experience. TLC Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Key Responsibilities Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items from units and common areas Perform light construction and repairs (basic concrete, framing, demo, steps, screens, etc.) Prepare surfaces and complete painting, including patching and finishing Perform carpet cleaning, water extraction, and odor treatment; clean upholstery as needed Maintain quality workmanship and ensure all work passes inspection Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles Complete required documentation accurately and on time Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion Additional Responsibilities Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks Maintain clean vehicles and equipment; report issues promptly Follow all safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Tlc-Properties
