Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team onsite . In this role, you work to provide the Field Service Technicians and customers accurate and friendly information regarding the coordination of various service and maintenance scheduling. Responsibilities Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule Provide phone support to customers and internal staff Coordinates pay service agreements with Easy Ice customers Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency Follow up with customers regarding maintenance Update and coordinate maintenance plans Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Customer Service experience is required Dispatch experience- Field service industry a plus Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook) Salesforce software knowledge a plus Ability to perform effectively in a fast pace environment Ability to learn Company protocols and procedures 401k Company Match PTO and Holiday Pay Tuition Assistance Fitness Membership Reimbursement The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
