Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator

Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance trauma care quality and patient safety. In this role, you will manage trauma registry data, conduct case reviews, track performance metrics, coordinate multidisciplinary PI meetings, and ensure compliance with ACS, state, and HCA standards. You’ll collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, ED, ICU, and nursing teams to identify trends, implement action plans, educate staff, and support trauma accreditation, all within a patient-first, teamwork-focused culture.
