ERP Business Analyst | Active Secret Clearance Required | Portsmouth, VAOverviewAn experienced ERP Business Analyst is needed to support a major NAVSEA program in Portsmouth, Virginia.This role combines ERP systems, business analysis, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data analytics supporting a mission-critical Department of Defense program. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes, support enterprise applications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and support ERP application initiativesGather and document business and functional requirementsServe as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsDevelop process maps, workflows, and functional specificationsIdentify opportunities for business process improvementsSupport change management and governance initiativesPerform data analysis, reporting, and process documentationSupport application enhancements, testing, and implementation activitiesDevelop current-state and future-state business process documentationParticipate in Continuous Process Improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related fieldExperience in business analysis, ERP systems, process improvement, and change managementStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsNavy or other Department of Defense experience is strongly preferredExperience supporting NAVSEA environments is a plusLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt and PMP certification are a plusRequirementsCurrent Active Secret Security ClearanceU.S. Citizenship Required100% Onsite in Portsmouth, VirginiaThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact federal program focused on improving enterprise business processes and operational efficiency.
