Real Estate Agent/ Senior Associate, Investment Sales (HOU)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Secures new and expanded business opportunities Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date information in company database Attends networking and industry events Accompanies prospective clients to property sites and discusses property features Prepares letters of intent, listing agreements and negotiates purchase sale agreements and addendums Works with multiple parties to coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction process

REQUIREMENTS
