Commercial Lines Assistant

Description : Independent veteran owned and operated independent agency. Looking for junior level insurance assistant. Certificates of Insurance, Automobile ID Cards. Complete billing tasks as assigned. Daily and timely handling of Notice of Cancellations/Reinstatements. Maintain files in an orderly, up-to-date manner. Process change requests. Process paperwork assigned by Account Manager. Efficient and timely maintenance of own suspense file for outstanding change requests and correspondence. Requirements : 2-3 years of solid Commercial Lines account management experience. Must hold a valid PA Property & Casualty License. Must have solid computer and communication skills including making calls and speaking to clients.
