IT Commercial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technology contracts Lead vendor negotiations with a structured playbook Provide spend visibility across IT vendor and contract investments Redesign and continuously improve the IT contract lifecycle to reduce cycle time Own contract lifecycle management Support vendor performance and risk oversight Maintain a live IT vendor spend register across all technology‑managed contracts Build and maintain spend dashboards for leadership using appropriate BI and reporting tools Conduct ad hoc vendor analysis and reporting as requested by leadership Coordinate vendor scorecards assessing SLA adherence and commercial fairness Requirements 5–8 years in IT/SaaS procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing Demonstrated experience negotiating enterprise software agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs) Comfortable reading and redlining contracts without full legal support Strong analytical skills with ability to build and maintain spend tracking using BI and reporting tools Familiarity with ITSM platforms and contract management systems Understanding of SaaS contract structures including per-seat, consumption‑based, and enterprise agreement models Experience with vendor criticality assessments and tiering frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
