Staffing and HR manager

Dallas, TX (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact manager to own candidate qualification, hiring decisions, and employee relationships for our growing staffing business.

This is a strategic + execution role where you will:

• Act as the final gatekeeper for hiring quality
• Build strong relationships with all placed consultants
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and success

You will work in a global operating model :

• India team → sourcing + HR administration
• This role (Dallas) → qualification, hiring decisions, and people ownership

• Evaluate candidates sourced by offshore team
• Conduct deep screening and ensure client-ready submissions
• Maintain high-quality, low-volume hiring standards
• Drive better submission → interview → closure ratios

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with consultants/resources
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
• Conduct regular check-ins (especially first 30/60/90 days)
• Ensure employees feel supported, aligned, and engaged

• Own post-hire lifecycle from a business perspective
• Identify and resolve issues proactively (before escalation)
• Improve early-stage retention (0–6 months)
• Partner with HR admin team (India) for execution

• Guide and improve India sourcing team output
• Align with HR admin team on onboarding and processes
• Build strong feedback loops to improve efficiency and quality

• Support offer discussions and closures
• Drive SLA adherence (speed + quality)
• Partner with sales, delivery, and program teams

• 8–15 years in:
• Staffing / recruiting (US market preferred)
• HR / People Operations
• Experience working with offshore teams (India model) is a must

• Strong candidate evaluation & interviewing skills
