What you will do: Sales Operations & Account Support: Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales operations activities for assigned accounts and business initiatives. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and channel partners to ensure requests, orders, and projects move efficiently from initiation through completion. Order & Process Management: Monitor order activity throughout the lifecycle, ensuring orders are accurately entered, configured, quoted, scheduled, fulfilled, and invoiced. Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Customer & Partner Communication: Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives, channel partners, and cross-functional teams. Respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and ensure timely communication regarding orders, programs, and business initiatives. Business Development Support: Support sales and business development efforts by coordinating customer programs, preparing reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting with the execution of strategic account initiatives. Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and overall account performance. Reporting & Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain sales and operational data to support decision-making. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide visibility into account performance, sales activity, and operational effectiveness. Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
