The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure teams, drive operational excellence, manage enterprise Windows environments, and ensure high system availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers. Manage Windows End User Computing (EUC) environments. Oversee infrastructure operations including Servers, Storage, and Networking. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems. Develop and enforce system administration, security, and support best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Drive automation and process improvements. Monitor system performance and implement optimization initiatives. Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Mandatory Skills End User Computing (EUC) – Windows Environment Windows Infrastructure Administration Active Directory (AD) Group Policy (GPO) Windows Server Administration Infrastructure Operations Management Server, Storage & Networking Management PowerShell Scripting / Automation Incident, Problem & Change Management Stakeholder Management Preferred Skills VMware / Hyper-V ITIL Framework Security & Compliance Standards ITIL Certification Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10 years of Infrastructure Operations experience. Strong experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments. Proven experience managing infrastructure teams and projects. Experience with automation and operational optimization. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000*per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
