Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar in Saratoga Springs is seeking a Leasing Coordinator responsible for marketing, leasing, and resident renewals. You will perform leasing activities, ensure move-in readiness, and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy. Successful candidates have excellent communication skills, the ability to track properties using management software, and can work in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.
