Executive Director Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park – Greenfield, IN Starting Salary: $120,000/year + Bonus Potential Lead a Community. Drive Results. Change Lives. We’re seeking a proven Executive Director who can lead with both heart and accountability —someone who can drive occupancy, build strong teams, maintain operational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families.
