Job Summary

The Shift Lead Field Service Representative is responsible for providing expert technical support, maintaining site relations withcustomers, developing strategies for optimizing site operations, and leading local field teams to ensure proper operations andlevel 1 maintenance services are being completed proficiently for customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolvinghighly complex technical issues, managing projects, and providing mentorship to Operators.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve highly complex technical issues and service calls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and develop maintenance strategy on a wide range of equipmentand systems.
• Mentor a team in conducting level 1 preventive maintenance, system optimization, and performance tuning tasks.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects, including installations, upgrades, and systemintegrations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Maintain account management activities by working within our Veolia digital tool suite including logging hours andPM in ServiceMax/Salesforce/MaintainX, completing site safety inspections in Gensuite, generating reporting inInSight, and more.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Indirect Supervision of Field Service Representatives(FSR)/Operators assigned to shift.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, computer science, chemical engineering or mechanicalengineering) or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a field service, plant production or technical support role.
• Expert knowledge of electronics, chemistry, mechanics, computer systems, and relatedtechnologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor a team of Operators.
• Project management skills and experience are preferred.

This position is an hourly position that is overtime eligible

Working Conditions

• The position follows the Dupont schedule.
