Licensed Practical Nurse needed for Long-Term Care in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the supervising nurse
- Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Provide direct bedside care and assist with activities of daily living
- Document nursing assessments, medication administration records (MARs), and care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and emergency response procedures

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts with guaranteed hours
