Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, => Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• Experience on Mainframe DB2 & IMS database environment• Seasoned Mainframe DB2 z/OS DBA having knowledge supporting them• Good knowledge of DB2 Database in V9 & V10• Solid Knowledge in DB2/IMS Performance & Tuning• Good experience in managing large database environment• Having good knowledge in database upgrades and data migrations• Maintain all IMS HALDB, Full Function databases and DB2 structures• Perform functions such as PSBGEN, DBDGEN and ACBGEN• Manage changes to all other database related objects (PSB's, DBD's, ACB's) based on application requirements• Review & Maintain Database Backup/Recovery strategy• Database refresh Activities between Prod, QA & Dev• Proficient with IBM IMS & DB2 utilities and BMC tools• Project and talent management• Experience with project management• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
