Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
• Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications:

• We can accept ACNP candidates with a minimum of 1 year of hospitalist experience.

Scheduling:

• This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday, 8 am -5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• The APP will primarily work in the pre-optimization clinic during the day, seeing 6-7 consults.
• The APP puts admission orders in under the supervising physician and completes H&P, and the supervising physician co-signs.
• EMR is EPIC.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Base yearly pay is $145k.
• Eligible for both PPI and PQI bonuses.
• Full benefits, including a CME allowance, are available.
• 20 days of PTO annually.
