Cupcakin' Bake Shop Leadership Opportunity

We're an independently owned small business and we're growing! Work with a fun team selling the best cupcakes in the Bay! Are you what we like to call a "natural born leader"? Then come on down and join our team! Cupcakin' Bake Shop is looking for leadership who can't resist the smell of cupcakes! You will contribute to Cupcakin by assisting the management team with daily store operations as well as staying committed to our customers and associates. Your leadership (and love for cupcakes) and stellar customer service will serve as a model to fellow associates and ensure the loyalty of our customer base. Your time will be divided into directing and supporting counter and kitchen associates, monitoring daily inventory levels, and providing impeccable customer service. Being quick on your feet and teamwork is at the forefront of this position and imperative to the success of this role. So, if this you send your resume.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain store inventory.
• Be the 1st point of contact/liaison for staff.
• Hands-on behind-the-counter training/tracking.
• A complete understanding of BOH operations can step in if needed.
• Weekly communication with staff to keep them updated.
• Consistently engage all customers to enhance their customer experience.
• Monitor and regulate our delivery services.
• Build and shape your team.
• Attend weekly management meetings.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Monitor Daily Checklist reporting and reconciliation.
