We re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants a hybrid role with manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to maintain excellent work-life balance.

You ll step into a full-time clinical role focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and supporting families, with ongoing guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

What makes you a great fit

• You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active Missouri licensure
• You hold a Master s degree or higher in a related field
• You re comfortable working both in-clinic and remotely

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000+
• Performance-based bonuses
