Process Improvement Specialist

Duration: Multi Year Long contract, Potential conversion to FTE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct detailed time studies on the manufacturing floor to understand cycle times, constraints, and inefficiencies Analyze sub assembly operations to break down workflows and identify capacity opportunities Support value stream mapping (VSM) activities with a focus on capacity analysis and line balancing Partner with manufacturing teams to identify improvement opportunities at a high level and progressively deeper detail Support Yellow Belt teams by coaching, guiding, and helping implement CI tools on active projects Participate in Gemba walks and support governance activities related to Lean initiatives Create and maintain process maps, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft tools Communicate findings clearly to cross functional stakeholders and leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight GlobalVacancy posted 13 hours ago
