We're looking for a passionate, hardworking Line Cook to join our wood-fire cooking team.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen where you'll develop valuable culinary skills while being part of a team that loves great food, hospitality, and having fun at work.

What You'll Learn

Cooking with live fire and wood-burning equipment
Fish fabrication and animal butchery techniques
Steak cutting, preparation, and proper cooking methods
Portion control and plate consistency
Kitchen organization, sanitation, and food safety standards
Working efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
