Business Development Specialist

To support business expansion, the remote Business Development Specialist will manage the full business development cycle, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and negotiations. Key responsibilities Prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings, and draft contracts to close deals Research industry trends and manage a pipeline of leads through inbound and outbound channels Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities and service improvements Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or growth roles, preferably in tech Fluent English (C1-C2) in both written and spoken forms Strong understanding of market research and data analysis, with experience using CRM systems Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
