DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• National Nurse Practitioner certification through an approved certifying body
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, interviewing, and counseling skills
• Proficiency with medical and laboratory equipment
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of nursing techniques and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced math skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A NURSE PRACTITIONER?

This is a full-time nursing position with clinic hours of Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm , with local travel to other Bay Area Community Health sites is required, with occasional day or overnight travel for events, meetings, or training opportunities.

In this role, you'll spend your day making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients by conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions, prescribing medications, interpreting laboratory results, and developing individualized care plans. You'll educate patients on important health topics, provide case management services, maintain accurate electronic medical records, collaborate with healthcare professionals, support nursing staff through training and education, and serve as a trusted healthcare resource within the community.
