We work with a broad range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. By taking an individualized approach, our therapists employ a wide variety of techniques and modalities tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and lifestyles.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure a deep understanding of advanced therapeutic techniques.A valid physical therapy license to practice in the State of New Jersey is mandatory.BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required to handle emergency situations competently.Individuals with a passion for patient care and a desire to work collaboratively in a team setting will thrive in this role.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, as we offer a supportive onboarding process.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, assessment tools, and physical therapy methodologies is advantageous.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
