Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Spin Physical Therapy, you will engage with patients directly within their homes, fostering a personalized therapeutic experience. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering patient care in accordance with physician referrals, ensuring adherence to state guidelines and best practices.
• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing advanced assessment techniques to inform effective treatment strategies.
• Developing individualized treatment programs that align with established goals, ensuring adaptability based on ongoing patient feedback and progress.
• Monitoring and accurately recording patient progress and responses to treatment, modifying care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Implementing emergency procedures as needed to maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient care in accordance with departmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Actively participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to departmental reviews aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient management strategies, providing insights during family meetings and care conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with vary in age, physical condition, and rehabilitation needs, often including elderly individuals recovering from surgery or injury, as well as individuals managing chronic conditions. Your role will greatly influence their recovery journeys, and you will play a pivotal part in helping them regain independence and improve their overall health.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current NJ Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered focus.
• A positive and proactive attitude toward patient care.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on home care or outpatient rehabilitation. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and experience working within interdisciplinary teams will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
