Work Environment

This position will be onsite, focusing on home care. You will provide one-on-one therapy within the familiar surroundings of your patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to your patients' specific diagnoses, including techniques for pain management, rehabilitation, and functional mobility improvement.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment programs, ensuring alignment with each patient's recovery goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Utilize technology to document progress and maintain detailed patient records, as well as engage in collaborative communication with healthcare partners.
• Participate in skill-building activities and ongoing professional development, enhancing your knowledge in areas such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to enhance the overall treatment experience and contribute to organizational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, pediatrics, and sports-related injuries. This variety allows for a rich and fulfilling experience, ensuring you constantly engage with different challenges and methodologies throughout your practice. You will play a critical role in helping patients regain independence and improve their functional outcomes, enhancing their everyday lives as they navigate injury and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification and strong competency in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and basic office software.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home care or outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Background in managing diverse patient populations with a variety of diagnoses.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, you will receive a comprehensive set of benefits, including:
