Texoma Care Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Home Care Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite, as our therapists visit patients in their homes. You will have the autonomy to work face-to-face with clients in a comfortable environment, which can often lead to faster recovery and improved patient satisfaction. Your typical work schedule will be 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, providing a reliable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by their physicians, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric concerns, and sports-related issues.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions in patients' homes, using specialized equipment and techniques to facilitate improvements in their physical function and overall well-being.
• Forge strong relationships with patients and their caregivers, providing education and training to enhance their understanding of treatment goals and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with a broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the effectiveness of the care process.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, striving to exceed minimum utilization goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, demonstrating your commitment to patient health and safety.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• A strong desire to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their caregivers, promoting advanced functional outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is highly desirable.
• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is a plus.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, enabling you to hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success.
• Current CPR certification to ensure safety in emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits
