Site Reliability Engineer

Role: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Rate: $60-$65/hr

Role Description:
Lead implementation, configuration, and instrumentation of Dynatrace across applications, infrastructure, and middleware.
Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, services, and management zones for production operations.
Proactively monitor, detect, and respond to production incidents and performance issues using Dynatrace.
Partner with SRE, Middleware, and Operations teams to modernize monitoring and alerting practices.
Perform root cause analysis using Dynatrace metrics, logs, traces, and AI insights.
Define observability standards and best practices to improve system reliability.
Provide expert-level Dynatrace support during on-call and incident response activities.
Continuously optimize monitoring to reduce alert noise and improve efficiency.
Serve as the Dynatrace subject matter expert within the SRE organization.
Requires strong Dynatrace hands-on experience and solid SRE/production support knowledge.
