We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver structured financial insights, reporting, and strategic planning support. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Maintain and update recurring financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet), assist with forecast updates, and track budget variances across stakeholders.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor capital and operating spend versus plan, identify drivers of variance, and partner with Finance/Ops to run spend and capital reviews.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and leverage automation/AI tools (like Microsoft Copilot) to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (modeling, data manipulation, reporting) and a strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills with ambiguous datasets, and the ability to convey insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities
