Senior Financial Analyst, Cloud Central Finance

Join the Cloud Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, where leaders rely on proactive, data-driven financial insights to turn long-term strategy into execution and profitable growth. You will act as a trusted, independent advisor to Cloud leadership, translating complex financial data into clear decision frameworks and partnering with stakeholders to deliver fast, accurate analysis. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to build quantitative models that allocate global targets down to key regional markets and customer segments, integrating new, fast-evolving AI growth plans and competitive dynamics. Consolidate complex Cloud and GCP revenue planning models across product lines, synthesizing inputs into a single, driver-based financial view for executive leadership. Translate multi-year long-range planning drivers into the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) framework, building structures that tie annual targets to the multi-year plan and outlining execution steps, risks, and strategic tradeoffs. Own the multi-year financial framework for bookings, aligning bookings with revenue and backlog consumption trends in partnership with strategy, operations, and finance. Streamline data pipelines, share knowledge, and leverage the latest AI tools to automate and modernize core planning processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions within a multinational company setting, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling. Preferred Qualifications Experience navigating fast-evolving environments, such as the scaling AI landscape, delivering rapid-turnaround analysis under tight deadlines while maintaining a view of overarching business goals. Ability to structure massive, ambiguous datasets and translate technical numbers into clear, actionable insights for product and sales leadership. Proficiency in building, scaling, and maintaining complex, driver-based financial models. Exceptional business acumen with a high bar for data accuracy, a proactive mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies and optimizing legacy planning workflows.
