Salary: $37,440 - 49,920 per year Requirements:
- At least 5 years of customer support experience, including live de-escalation, quickly building rapport, and troubleshooting without relying on rigid scripts.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology, SaaS, or technical support, with the ability to navigate complex platforms, recognize issue patterns, and write clear, analytical summaries.
- Willingness to learn how software interacts with physical hardware; we provide training on specific devices and workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, ticketing systems such as Zoho Desk or Zendesk, call and chat platforms such as Zoho SalesIQ, and AI tools.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work full-time in an office.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable driving results independently.
- Able to assess personal performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Logical and analytical, with an ability to investigate issues and find root causes.
- Empathetic and composed when handling challenging customer interactions and pressure.
- Troubleshoot software configurations, data synchronization, and platform settings in real time through support tickets and phone calls.
- Diagnose how our software communicates with connected hardware devices.
- Investigate issues, test potential root causes, and identify recurring patterns.
- Document customer interactions and prepare detailed technical handovers for our Development Team to work with Engineering on underlying issues.
