Radiology Technologist (CT) - Contract Position

Location

Clyde, NC

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing CT scans and other imaging procedures, including biopsies and nerve root blocks, within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of CT procedures and have the capability to handle some MRI if needed. The individual will rotate being on call with other technicians and is expected to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including but not limited to biopsies, drainage, Coronary CTA, and nerve root blocks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in imaging.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation for imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification and CT registered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to perform fluoroscopy on CT machines.
• Preferred experience with MRI.
