Senior Technical Artist

To support the development of next-generation immersive experiences, the full-time Senior Technical Artist will create and optimize advanced visuals and procedural systems while collaborating with artists, designers, and engineers in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conceive and implement technically advanced visuals and procedural systems Collaborate with art and engineering teams to define and manage project technical requirements and asset production Mentor other Technical Artists and standardize best practices for asset production and optimization Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in games, film, television, AR/VR, or related fields Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C++, or C# Strong 3D art skills with experience in modeling, texturing, and real-time workflows Extensive experience with Unreal Engine workflows, including Blueprints and material networks In-depth knowledge of real-time shader implementations and PBR pipelines
