Location 25 - HINDS COUNTY, MS Address 210 East Capitol Street Suite 800 Jackson, Mississippi, 39201 Salary $33,600.00 - $51,963.91 Annually Hours / Contract Full-Time Responsibilities This is a time limit position (NS-14). Review and process invoices for accounts payable. Reconcile payments/balance accounting using MAGIC. Maintain accounting records for multiple funding sources. Prepare fiscal reports and analyze transactions for budget analysis. Assist with budget preparation. Review and process HR Personnel actions. Also accountable for reviewing and processing payroll, accounts receivable/payable, travel reimbursements and travel authorization requests. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 3-5 years of experience. Successful employee needs multitasking, organization, and communication skills. Employee must prioritize work to meet deadlines and be an effective team player.
