Maintenance Tech

This position works 12-hour shifts and is responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, repairing electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. This position troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including, but not limited to programmable controls, numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment. Qualifications for this position include the following: A 2-year degree/certificate in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields is preferred. A high school diploma is required. Demonstrated experience with 3-phase electricity. Welding, mechanical, and electrical work is a plus. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement. Preferred Qualifications: Possess or in the last six (6) months of pursuing a two (2) year technical degree in an electrical, electro-mechanical or mechatronics field Previous multi-skilled experience in the basic trades (electrical/mechanical) Previous PLC programming experience or training #J-18808-Ljbffr Havco® Wood Products
