Office Administrative Assistant - Registered Investment Advisor

Job Description

We are a Registered Investment Advisory firm seeking a Customer Service and Office Administrative assistant to work in our Lafayette, LA, River Ranch location. 2-5 years experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred. The candidate must enjoy working in an office setting, have a cheerful disposition for telephone and in-person client communications, be experienced in basic office administration, possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe), and be punctual and reliable. Any experience working in a CRM (Redtail or similar), knowledge of Compliance and Financial Services Industry laws, and a basic understanding of Investment types and related service work would be impressive and helpful attributes that influence pay.
