Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our design and project support team. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for taking off material, equipment, and labor from drawings accurately from company's estimating software. A detailed proposal will be generated after takeoff is completed. The Junior Estimator will also generate change orders as needed from project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Review full drawing set and specifications.
• Send out all fixtures and equipment to vendors for pricing.
• Use specified material for the assembly of the project.
• Prepare bill of material.
• Prepare labor hours from the estimate.

Education, qualities & skills required:

• Minimum 2-year college degree.
• HVAC/plumbing estimation experience preferable.
• Must know how to use MS Office and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Compensation: $60,000 annually. Benefits include:

Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM.
