Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care. • Leverage our partnership with Zillow Flex to generate and manage a consistent pipeline of quality leads. • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility. • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights. • Participate in scheduled group training sessions and personalized coaching to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
