Pay Rate: $45–$50/hr on W2

Work Arrangement: Onsite, based on client requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Administrator to support contract development, review, negotiation, execution, and administration for IT services, software solutions, SaaS agreements, licensing, and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, coordinating with procurement, legal, risk management, and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and applicable policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer IT-related contracts and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate RFx sourcing events, bid evaluations, vendor selection, and contract awards.
• Manage software licensing, SaaS, IT consulting, NDA, and professional services agreements.
• Review contract terms, invoices, change orders, and vendor compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, IT, security, and risk management teams.
• Maintain contract documentation and support renewals, amendments, and contract closeout.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience where accepted.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant contract administration, IT procurement, or contract management experience.
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, RFx sourcing, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, ERP, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, or e-signature tools.
• Familiarity with software licensing, SaaS agreements, and IT services contracts. xhyhwjd
