Position Overview

\n

Our client is seeking a junior-level Fund Services Analyst to support the setup, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management of alternative investment funds. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in asset management operations, investment products, and fund lifecycle activities .

\n

The analyst will provide project coordination, administrative, tracking, and basic analytical support while working closely with experienced team members and internal stakeholders.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Provide day-to-day project coordination support for new fund launches and other fund-related activities.
\n
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and workflow tools.
\n
• Schedule working-group meetings, organize materials, prepare draft agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
\n
• Follow up with internal stakeholders regarding assigned tasks, required information, and deadlines.
\n
• Maintain accurate records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations.
\n
• Collect and organize information required for internal system setup and external service-provider onboarding.
\n
• Support preparation of status reports, management updates, presentations, and working-group documentation.
\n
• Set up new funds in firm systems using fund documentation and internal information.
\n
• Perform basic data validation to ensure information is complete and accurately reflected across trackers and supporting materials.
\n
• Identify missing information, overdue deliverables, and potential process issues and escalate appropriately.
\n
• Support ad hoc operational projects and process-improvement initiatives.
\n
• Develop a foundational understanding of asset management operations, investment funds, and end-to-end fund lifecycle activities.
\n

Basic Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
\n
• Ability to follow established procedures, ask questions, and escalate issues appropriately.
\n
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Professional, dependable, and able to handle business information appropriately.

• Genuine interest in investment products, fund operations, and asset management.

• Familiarity with asset management or program/project management is preferred.
