Urologic Surgical Oncology Opportunity in Miami, Florida

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multidisciplinary oncology program dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with genitourinary malignancies within one of the nation's leading integrated healthcare systems. Full-Time Opportunity Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU) Requirements include an MD/DO from an accredited institution, an active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by the start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing requirements Fellowship training in Urologic Oncology is required Candidates must demonstrate expertise in the diagnosis and surgical management of genitourinary malignancies, including prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, penile, adrenal, and other complex urologic cancers Responsibilities include the evaluation, diagnosis, and operative management of patients with urologic malignancies utilizing open, minimally invasive, robotic-assisted, and advanced surgical techniques when appropriate Collaborate closely with Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pathology, Radiology, Genetics, and other oncology specialists to develop individualized treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and treatment planning conferences informed by the latest clinical evidence and national guidelines Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery and complex oncologic procedures involving the urinary tract and male reproductive system Ideal candidates may include both established and early-career surgeons seeking to build a high-volume urologic oncology practice focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and program growth Seeking candidates committed to quality, patient-centered care who exhibit professionalism and thrive in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Compensation commensurate with training and experience; benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth and include options for medical and dental benefits, generous paid time off, CME allowance, access to Baptist Health University for professional growth, and more In addition, Florida enjoys no State income tax About Baptist Health Medical Group Baptist Health Medical Group is a growing network of more than 600 multidisciplinary employed physicians who are highly regarded within the South Florida communities and their respective specialties.
