Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls. Conduct site visits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts. Provide regular updates on project performance, financials, and milestones to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction, utilities, power delivery, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract management. Experience managing utility, underground distribution, overhead distribution, substations, or related electrical infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
