While AP and AR technical skills can be trained, this position requires someone with some relevant exposure and who can develop quickly with guidance and hands-on training. Purely entry-level candidates without relevant accounting experience will not be considered. Schedule

7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pay Range

Evaluation to Hire Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed
- Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and process payments
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Learn and work within internal accounting and financial systems
- Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned
- Prior AP, AR, or accounting related experience preferred
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Proficient with Excel and general computer systems
- Professional communication skills, especially when working with vendors
- Proactive mindset with a desire to grow within the role
