The beverage menu at The Optimist is designed with fresh, seasonal, and deliciously un-manipulated libations, highlighting old sea-faring nations' spirits of choice: rum and gin crafted into seasonally appropriate, bright, and focused cocktails. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests. Competitive pay - $5.15 to $14.00/hr. + tips - based on experience and ability
